Lindsay Update!

A friend of Lindsay's says she is going to appeal her sentence of 90 days in jail. The chances of appealing such a case are extremely slim....but hey, she's a celeb, and the celebs get special treatment. 

Maybe she'll learn her lesson after this...

This just in: Jail sentenced to 90 days of Lindsay Lohan.

Well.....Lindsay Lohan is going to jail. Big shock! She violated her probation and failed to attend her alcohol-ed meeting. She is sentenced to 90 days in Jail.

From TMZ - UPDATE: Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained ... generally, a female inmate in  Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence ... which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars.
