Liebster Blog Award

All I can say is WOW! I've never been nominated for anything, and I feel totally honored to accept the Liebster Blog Award given to me by Heather over at Owlnestly Book Reviews. Thanks a ton, chick!

1. If you could be anything what would it be? I'd love to be a cat, and not just because they're my favorite animal. It'd be so nice to just lay around all day and have my belly and ears rubbed. :)
2. Who is your literature boyfriend/girlfriend? I'm currently in the middle of reading Beyond Shame by Kit Rocha, and I just love Jasper. He's my literary BF at the moment.
3. If you could be any character from any book who would you be? I'd love to be the character Lex from the book Beyond Shame. She's so strong-willed and has such as great personality.
4. Do you judge a book by its cover? Oh yes! I hate to be so judgmental but if the artwork on the front sucks, I probably won't even read it. I've noticed a lot of great covers are usually great reads. That doesn't go to say that all books with great covers are tremendously narrated, 'cuz I've read a lot of crappy ones too!
5. What does your blog title mean/why did you choose it? My blog title is a play on words from the song "Castles Made of Sand" by Jimi Hendrix. He is my all time favorite artist and a huge musical influence for me, and I thought, "how cool would it be to have a huge castle that was made entirely of books?" I love fantasy books also, so it fits right in with the whole "castle" theme. ;)
6. What is the worst book you have read? To date, the worst books I have read were the Fifty Shades trilogy. It was torture; I felt like I was stabbing my eye out. I couldn't even finish the third one, it was so awful!
7. Have you ever written/read fanfiction? Yes, that would have been the Fifty Shades trilogy again. I guess they were fanfiction of Twilight. I'm not really sure how that works out because they are entirely different in the plots and the entire theme of each, but I guess it was fanfiction. I have never written it.
8. What author are you dying to meet? I would love to meet Stephen King or J. K. Rowling. Stephen King seems like a real cool dude, and well, J. K. Rowling is just plain awesome. Her life story is so fascinating!
9. If you could travel to any place in the world where would you go? I'd absolutely love to go to Europe, and it would be nice to visit Germany. I have some family over there that I haven't even met yet, and my husband was born there.
10. Marry, Kiss, Kill - Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley I would kiss Ron, kill Harry, & marry Draco. I like bad boys...yeah, that's it. ;)
11. Have you ever considered writing a book? Honestly, I've never thought about it. I don't know that my mind would work in that way though, to write an entire book! So much goes into it, and I commend all the authors out there and writers who put all their hard work and time into giving us great books!
